How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, 3; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Democrats win 3 seats in the 2026 U.S. House of Representatives elections in Nevada, then the market resolves to Yes. Party affiliation is determined by the party under whose banner the candidate was elected, regardless of subsequent changes.
