How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Andrew Putnam beats Finau and Matsuyama; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Andrew Putnam is determined to have won the 3-ball matchup among Andrew Putnam, Tony Finau, and Hideki Matsuyama in the 3rd round of the 2026 Baycurrent Classic, then the market resolves to Yes. Tie Resolution If multiple participants are tied for the 3-ball lead at the end of the round: Yes payout: $1/N, rounded down to the nearest cent (N = number of tied participants) No payout: $1 minus the Yes payout Withdrawal Rule If a golfer withdraws prior to teeing off, all markets will resolve to fair market value.
