How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Above 275; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If the Producer Price Index by Commodity: Pulp, Paper, and Allied Products: Paper (BLS series WPU0913; not seasonally adjusted; index 1982=100) for November 2026 is above 275, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Producer Price Index by Commodity: Pulp, Paper, and Allied Products: Paper, series WPU0913, for November 2026. It is the not-seasonally-adjusted index level (1982=100), not a percentage change or a dollar price per ton. This market uses the first value published by BLS for that reporting month, including an initially preliminary value; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution. The comparison uses the value as published, without additional rounding. BLS is the primary source; FRED series WPU0913 is a reference mirror.
