If StreetEasy reports that New York City’s median asking rent for December 2026 is above $3,800, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the NYC → Rentals → Median asking rent value published by StreetEasy for December 2026. This metric reflects asking rents for rental listings, not rents on executed leases or an average of monthly rents during 2026.
