How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for wordIf BLS reports that North Carolina’s employment in Pharmaceutical and Medicine Manufacturing for December 2026 is above 26,500 jobs, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is BLS series SMU37000003232540001, All Employees in Pharmaceutical and Medicine Manufacturing in North Carolina, measured in thousands and not seasonally adjusted. The 26.5 thousand threshold is fixed and will not change if BLS subsequently revises the December 2025 value. Use the first non-preliminary December 2026 value; subsequent revisions will not affect resolution.
