How it resolves

Kalshi's rule, word for word
(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Hong Kong; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Hong Kong wins the Malaysia vs Hong Kong men's professional T20 World Cup Asia Sub-Regional Qualifier B cricket match originally scheduled for Oct 8, 2026 at 2:00 AM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes. If the Malaysia vs Hong Kong men's professional T20 World Cup Asia Sub-Regional Qualifier B cricket match originally scheduled for Oct 8, 2026 at 2:00 AM EDT ends in a tie, draw, no result (NR), abandonment, or cancellation, and no official winner is declared, all markets will resolve to $0.50. In the event of a forfeit, disqualification, or concession: If it occurs before the match begins, all markets will resolve to $0.50. If it occurs after the match has begun, and the governing body declares an official winner, the market will resolve based on that result. If play begins but insufficient play occurs to determine an official result, all markets will resolve to $0.50.
