How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Kyle Larson; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Kyle Larson has been awarded pole position in the Qualifying session originally scheduled for October 10, 2026 that determines the starting grid for the main race at the 2026 Bank of America 400, then the market resolves to Yes. Important information: NASCAR races will be paid out after the qualifying race results have been posted by NASCAR. Determinations are not based on provisional results, we appreciate your patience. If NASCAR declares co-pole-sitters without applying a tie-breaker, “Yes” positions will pay $1/N (rounded down to the nearest cent), where N is the number of tied competitors, and “No” positions will pay 1 minus the "Yes" payout. If the race is postponed but begins within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, the market will remain open and resolve based on the official final result. If the race is cancelled or not started within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start, all markets will resolve to a fair price.
