How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Jo Adell: 2+; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Jo Adell records 2+ total bases in the Tampa Bay vs Cleveland professional baseball game originally scheduled for Oct 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT, then the market resolves to Yes. Player Participation & Settlement Criteria If Jo Adell is scratched or not included in the starting lineup, the market will resolve to the fair market price. If Jo Adell starts the game but does not record a plate appearance, the market will resolve to the fair market price. If Jo Adell is not in the starting lineup but later enters the game, the market will resolve to the fair market price, pinch hit at bats will not count towards the market. If Jo Adell is in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance the market will settle based on total bases recorded.
