How it resolves
Kalshi's rule, word for word(Each outcome is its own contract. This is the rule for the favourite, Volodymyr Zelenskyy; the others read the same way with their own outcome.) If Volodymyr Zelenskyy is Time's Person of the Decade for the 2020s, then the market resolves to Yes. If Time doesn't announce a Person of the Decade before Jan 31, 2030, all markets resolve to No. This market and these products have not been endorsed by TIME.
